Airing live on Amazon Prime, 15th March 2025 – NWA Presents: World Class Championship Wrestling @ Climate Pledge Arena, Seattle, WA
Pyro goes off and we are welcomed to the twelfth episode of World Class Championship Wrestling by our commentary team, Ian Riccaboni & Nigel McGuinness. It is a special Saturday edition of NWA:WCCW. They recap the formation of The Consortium last week as well as the newly designed NWA World championship. It is time for action immediately with another qualifier for the NWA Prime championship.
Tiffany Stratton vs Athena vs Raquel Rodriguez, Prime Qualifier
This is Raquel’s debut match in NWA. Both Stratton and Athena try and take on Raquel alone, but she is far too powerful and dominant. After being thrown around a lot, Stratton and Athena reluctantly agree to team up to chop down Rodriguez. Stratton and Athena both hit diving moonsaults onto Raquel on the outside. Stratton and Athena have a 1v1 match in the ring.
It looks like Athena has the match won with the Eclipse, but Billie Starkz runs out and pushes her off the top rope. Athena tries to hit Starkz, but she avoids contact. Athena is dropped with a Death Valley Driver by Stratton. Tiffy hits the Prettiest Moonsault Ever to win the match at 14 minutes. She joins Chelsea Green in the Prime Championship match at NWA Power II in 2 weeks.
Teddy Long is caught in between Christian Cage and LA Knight getting into an argument. “Enough!” He says. There is already too much personal drama and physicality within the NWA, he cannot deal with another blood feud. He demands that Christian and Knight learn to get along, or they will both be fired from the NWA.
We hear from CM Punk & FTR
Punk says although he walked out victorious at Built To Destroy, FTR did not thanks to Bron Steiner. Punk tells them that it was their own doing. He thanks them and appreciates their help, but he didn’t ask for it and they threw away their chance at becoming the tag champions to help him. FTR understands that, but there will always be another opportunity to become champion. They were worried about Punk stepping into the ring with a beast like Steiner again. If they’re being honest, they weren’t sure that Punk would be able to walk out of that match in one piece.
FTR revealed that they were the ones responsible for Bron Steiner missing his flight to the UK many weeks ago. They wanted Punk to become the world champion and did not want to see him retired by Bron. Punk looks conflicted on how he feels about that, but he does not get a chance to respond. Out comes Taz with Bron Steiner. He calls Punk’s victory an absolute sham that needs to be rectified. Taz is interrupted by Paul Ellering. Ellering says the AOP were always going to win the tag titles, but he cannot ignore that Steiner assisted their quest. He offers to return the favour, the AOP would be more than happy to help Steiner beat up some punks. The match is made official for NWA Power. CM Punk & FTR vs AOP & Bron Steiner.
Zack Sabre Jr (c) vs Max Caster w/Anthony Bowens, Heritage Championship
Our main event sees Zack Sabre Jr showcase just how talented he is. He absolutely outwrestles Max at every turn. Caster only gets some offence when Bowens causes a distraction. After 9 minutes, Zack Sabre Jr forces Max to tap out to the octopus lock. His celebration is interrupted by Ilja Dragunov who points towards the Heritage Championship.
MJF vs Julius Creed w/Brutus Creed
Julius shows that he has the ability to wrestle on his own as well as within a tag team. He tries to go for broke with a swanton bomb onto MJF, but he rolls out of the way, Julius lands hard on the ring apron. MJF follows up with the Heat Seeker to win in 7 minutes. MJF continues his assault post match. Brutus Creed runs in and fights MJF off. Brutus turns around to check on Julius, MJF comes back in and low blows Brutus. He throws up his fingers and mockingly says “Thank youuuuu!” like Chad Gable would.
Tiffany Stratton is approached by Mercedes Mone. Mone tells her that she is impressed. Mone fully expects Taya Valkyrie to win next week and go on to win the Prime Championship. However, it never hurts to have a plan b. She tells Tiffany that winning the championship would get her attention and probably a stake in the Consortium.
Drive Thru with Kamille
Jim Cornette and Charly Caruso welcome Kamille to the couch. Charly immediately asks Kamille how she feels after the events of Built To Destroy. Kamille says she is actually okay. She knew going into it that Mercedes was going to try any tactic to get a screwy victory over her. She did not expect Billie Starkz to betray her best friend and mentor, but she expected Mone to surprise us somehow. It is unfortunate how things went down, but all she can do is get back on the horse and go forwards.
Cornette thinks Kamille is stupid if she doesn’t feel angry or upset, she should be going on a warpath right now. Kamille says of course she is angry, but lashing out will not solve anything. What would solve something, however, is evidence that Mercedes Mone is a lot more crooked than we think. Cornette presses for more information, but Kamille refuses. She is still awaiting resources being sent to her, but the evidence will be damning. In the meantime, she reveals that she will be teaming with Athena to take on Mercedes Mone and Billie Starkz at NWA Power II. She promises vengeance will come their way and then she will spill the tea on the Mone scandal.
Ricky Starks calls Eddie Kingston a cheating piece of shit and if he is ready to prove that he has some balls, he will meet him in the car park.
Motor City Machine Guns vs War Machine w/Lady Rowe
Erik & Ivar are a great tag team, but they’re not able to overcome the debuting Motor City Machine Guns. Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin impress the NWA fans with their cohesion and fast combinations. After a back and forth 14 minute match, MCMGs hit Skull & Bones to win the match. They will face either Grizzled Young Veterans or the Good Brothers at NWA Power for a championship opportunity.
-Dominik Mysterio praises Femi for beating Hobbs last week. He says next week he will defeat Dragunov and secure himself as the next contender for the Heritage championship. The Acclaimed walk by and mock Dom’s chances of victory. Femi reminds Caster about his loss to ZSJ. Will Hobbs walks in frame and he stands behind the Acclaimed. Oba Femi is ready to go again but Dom is not, he convinces Femi to walk away. What is the deal between Will Hobbs and The Acclaimed?
We Hear From Miro
Miro comes out, just like last week he is full of smiles and joy. He greets fans in the audience personally and gives them his blessing. Miro thanks all of the audience for being in attendance tonight. He thanks everyone at home for joining the Mirocracy. Finally, he gives praise to himself for being a divine power that all of these poor, lost losers need. He does not judge the weak who need his guidance. He understands that his new role is to lead the masses. Miro continues to promote Miro Coin as the primary way to support the Mirocracy, in return you will receive good fortune. As well as his cryptocurrency, Miro unveils his new line of merchandise that will further support his cause. He promises the fans will receive an incredibly holy gift when the Mirocracy reaches its supporter goal.
Commentary plug next weeks show. Ilja Dragunov vs Dominik Mysterio, The Good Brothers vs Grizzled Young Veterans as well as the last triple threat qualifier for the Prime Championship. We will also hear from CM Punk, Taz and Eddie Kingston.
Kingston & Starks brawl
Commentary hear of commotion backstage and ask a camera crew to get the latest. Eddie Kingston and Ricky Starks are wailing on each other in the car park. They continue fighting and make their way to the ring area. They throw away any security guard that tries to stop them. Kingston goes for the Uraken, Starks catches it and bites Eddie’s hand! Starks hits him with a Rochambeau, but he is far from done. He grabs a steel chair and puts it around Kingston’s left hand, the uninjured one. He goes on the top rope but he taunts for too long. Kingston recovers and throws the chair at Starks’ head. Kingston drags Starks out of the ring and traps his hand in the ring steps. He flips Starks off before kicking the steps over and over until he is dragged away by security. Starks screams in pain clutching his broken hand as the show goes off the air.
