——————SURVIVOR SERIES——————
In the build to Survivor Series, Charlotte Flair returns and confronts Asuka. She tells her that she isn’t here to ask for a match or fight her even. But a few weeks ago Asuka said something that she didn’t like. Something about her generation not being ready for the new generation? What did you mean by that? Because her generation has The Four Horsewoman. Asuka is only here because Charlottes generation built the foundation on which she stands on. “I’ll admit, you’re an anomaly! But you eclipsed your generation and left them behind. We brought each other up and that’s why your generation only has one highlight. YOU.”
Bayley and Sasha’s music plays and she comes down to agree with Charlotte, who from Asuka’s generation could possible hold a candle to all the women in the ring now? Asuka is speechless and applauds them all, then leaves the ring up the ramp. Making talking emotes with her hands when Becky Lynch’s music plays and she walks out onto the ramp.
Becky: “I do not have to like everyone in that ring to agree with them. You may have beaten most of us. But you will not put down the achievements we all accomplished. At Survivor Series, I want you to bring your generation and you put them against us. We will see who comes out on top.” Asuka brushes her off and Becky smiles to the women in the ring.
Asuka spends the rest of the night getting herself some teammates. She find the Iconics back stage and they agree to help but they ask who the 4th member should be? Asuka has one idea.
Next week on Monday Night Raw, Asuka shows up backstage and goes knocking on the women’s locker room, and finds who she’s looking for. Ember Moon. Ember immediately agrees to help on one condition, she wants another shot at beating Asuka. She agrees.

She drifts back to her corner and Ember tag in, attacking Sasha immediately.
As the match goes on, both teams are able to put their differences aside for the match. Asuka is eliminated, (18:00) Ember is now making her way through the crowd, abandoning the match. The referee has no choice but to count her out. Ember Moon is eliminated, (19:10).
——————Tables, Ladders & Chairs——————
Asuka is first to show herself on Smackdown, asking the question that everyone else has wondered. Why did you do it Ember? Fortunately, Ember Moons music plays, and she walks down to the ring with a big smile on her face. Ember doesn’t enter the ring, she speaks from just outside the ring.
Ember: “What’s wrong Asuka? You can’t figure out why I would attack you? We had that match won, I already had my title shot… Why would I bother attacking you?” Ember enters the ring, her face much more serious.
“I think it’d pretty self explanatory, I hate you!” Ember gets right in Asuka’s face when she says this. “When you left NXT, guess who was able to claim the NXT Women’s Championship? ME. But I couldn’t beat you. I tried twice and I couldn’t. I only won because you left, it felt like a win by default. No one looked at me like I was the best in the division. They just looked at me like a poor replacement for you. Since I’ve been NXT Champion now, beaten everyone in the division, I’m here not to face you and conquer the empress. I am ready for Asuka now!”
Asuka: “Everyone looked at you that way because it was the truth. I’d beaten you twice and you were only able to claim the title because I vacated it. I EVEN HANDED YOU THE TITLE AND YOU HUGGED ME! How dare you. Thank you is what you should say, if I didn’t leave, you would never hold the title. So thank you is what you should say.” Embers response is inaudible, as she raises the mic to her mouth and then drops it. ‘Fuck you.’ She mouths. Ember then slaps Asuka and the brawl breaks out, both women fight all around the ring, with some very stiff shots. Security rush out to break it up, Asuka is bleeding. Management comes out to the ramp and announces…
“If you two want to fight one another like wild animals I’ll give you the chance at TLC. In a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match!”
Tables, Ladders & Chairs (December 16th, 2018) – Asuka vs Ember Moon – TLC Match – WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship
This match is just chaos. Both women disregard the belt hanging above the ring for the first 15 minutes and solely focus on hurting their opponents. Asuka would be the first to retrieve the championship belt, with Ember Moon having been thrown out of the ring. Asuka would knock Ember out of the ring, go find a ladder, bring it but instead of going for the title, she would simply look up at it, then back to Ember and throw it at her down on the floor. Quickly, Asuka would look for another ladder, a bigger one, and with a small struggle she would get it into the ring.
This ladder nearly touched the belt itself with it’s height. Asuka would begin to climb as Ember was making her way back to her feet. Ember stood on the apron, smaller ladder in hand and throws it over two set up tables and at Asuka, knocking the ladder down, now leaning against the ropes and Asuka lands hard on the ropes, spring back into AN ECLIPSE from Ember. Ember is slow to get back to her feet but when she does she is now working fast, she pulls up that ladder and aims it straight for the titles. Her knees are sore from the battle they’ve been through so every step up hurts. As Ember is halfway, Asuka begins to reach for the ladder. Ember sees her hand on the ladder and begins climbing faster. However, faster for her wasn’t too much faster with her bad knees, Asuka and Ember arrive at the top of the ladder at nearly the same time.
Asuka and Ember begin exchanging strikes with Asuka gaining the advantage with a head-butt. She looks for a Side head kick but Ember catches it, throws it to the side to off balance Asuka and then hits a head kick of her own. Asuka falls from the ladder and crashes down two tables, side by side. Ember takes a moment to breathe, realising that Asuka is finally done for. She turns to the crowd to embrace and the crowd cheers but the cheers suddenly dissipate and turn to concern and a hooded figure would rush down the ramp and into the ring, quickly knocking Ember off the ladder and helping Asuka back to her feet. As Asuka stands, and it’s KAIRI SANE! Asuka is hurt and doesn’t show much shock at her arrival. Kairi helps Asuka up to the ladder, and she climbs. Ember would crawl back into the ring but Kairi quickly grabs a chair and throws it at her head, taking her out. Asuka wins, (25:10)
——————Royal Rumble——————
Ember demands another shot at Asuka and management agrees, she will get another shot at the Royal Rumble. Tonight she faces Kairi Sane, One on One. Ember would go on to win this match but most importantly Asuka would come out to watch and now receive boos from the crowd instead of her usual applause.
Royal Rumble (January 27th, 2019) – – Asuka vs Ember Moon – WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship
Finally one on one, Kairi Sane is limping down to the ring with a crutch after an attack from Ember, something the crowd actually approved of at the time.
As soon as the bell ring, Ember hits a devastating dropkick, Asuka tries to take the advantage back with a bunch of kick but Ember catches he and hits a Suplex, sending her out of the ring. Ember doesn’t give her a chance to recover as she is immediately hit with a suicide dive. Ember turns to attention to Kairi, she kicks the crutch out from under her and laughs as she falls. Asuka is back up and immediately hits a German Suplex on Ember to the floor. ——————Wrestlemania 35——————
Ember opens the show in the general managers office. She tells him that she wants some rules in this match coming with Asuka. She wants to win clean and decisive. That’s when Asuka enters the room.
GM: “Perfect timing, Ember was just about to go over what kind of match you’ll have at Wrestlemania.”
Asuka: “Whatever you want, you’ve never been able to defeat me, that is not about to change.”
Ember: “You continue to cheat in our matches. Whenever I’m facing you, you either have help or a weapon. I want NO Disqualification. I want NO Interference.” Asuka is nodding away as Ember speaks.
“One more thing, I want this to be decisive. No roll up, nothing sneaky from you. I want a 60 minute Iron Woman Match!”
Asuka laughs, “You want to fight me for an hour? If you think you’re ready fine. It’s just more time for me to kick your ass, bitch.” Asuka leaves. Ember turns to the GM and tells him to write that all down, it’s on.
So right now, we have a challenger for Asuka at Wrestlemania. Ember will face Asuka in a 60minutes Iron Woman match, probably to start the show or come on after Seth v Brock.
Wrestlemania 35 (April 7th, 2019) – Asuka vs Ember Moon – 60 minute Ironman match! – WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship
One year ago today, roughly, Asuka would conquer the Queen and become the Empress she is today. Now, an Eclipse is threatening what tomorrow looks like for the Empress. How will we determine what tomorrow brings? We do it today, by giving these women 60 minutes to beat, batter and maim one another. Weapons allowed. Everyone banned from ringside. Start the clock because it’s time for the Iron Woman Match!
Asuka is out first, massive empress themed entrance, with traditional native attire by everyone involved and Asuka is just dancing through it all. Ember would enter with Lzzy Hale singing her – Feel the Flame entrance song, and playing lead guitar like she did at NXT: New Orleans.
The bell rings, these women are 2nd on show and the crowd is fired up for this one. These women would usually charge at one another, throwing punche with complete disregard for their own well being but tonight the energy has to be preserved. 10 minutes in and the fight makes it’s way to the floor, after Ember hits a Suplex on the apron to Asuka and follows that up with a Suicide Dive but Asuka catches her with a jumping knee. Asuka would actually begin to clear the announce table and throw Ember onto it. Asuka, breaks the count in the ring then climbs onto the barricade, but in the time that takes, Ember springs back to her feet and kicks Asuka into the crowd, crashing onto some chairs that near by fans recently vacated. The referee would break his own count, of 2, to check on both competitors.
Ember would see Asuka trying to climb back to her feet, stand on the barricade and hit a Senton off the barricade onto a crouched Asuka. Quickly back to her feet, feeding off the crowd, Ember throws Asuka onto the barricade and looks for a powerbomb but Asuka flips free and hits a spinning back fist on Ember, turning her 180, and then hits a German Suplex off the apron, through the announce table. 20 minutes have gone by.
Asuka looks to drag Ember into the ring but decides it’s not worth it and returns to the ring as the referee would continue his count, Now up to 5. It’s not til 8 that Ember begins to move, but something looks to possess her as she hears 9 and springs back to her feet, stumbles but the, dives back into the ring. She stares up and Asuka, with a face defiant. Not defeated but eager to fight. Asuka draws a line in the middle of the ring and begs Ember to meet her in the middle, and she does. Now, 25 minutes into this match, these women begin to throw careless haymakers at one another. Asuka gains the advantage early but not for as Ember would block a spin kick, lock Asuka in a backslide and then a Wrist Controlled Knee Strike, then a 2nd for good measure. Ember then climbs to the top rope and waits for Asuka to rise before she hits THE ECLIPSE! Straight into the pin, ONE…TWO…T- ASUKA KICKS OUT! 30 minutes gone by.
Ember decides it’s time for some hardware. She leaves the ring, finds two tables, twos chair and two kendo sticks. Ember sets a table up just outside the ring, then throws the other into the corner of their ring. Throws one chair in the ring and finally she grabs two Kendo sticks and brings both into the ring with her. Asuka is just getting back to her feet when Ember throws a Kendo stick at her, challenging her. “You don’t think I’m ready for you? BRING IT ON!” Asuka looks shocked, nearly angry, she grabs the Kendo stick and they meet in the middle. Both hitting the other, no-one defending, only concerned about hurting their opponent. Asuka is the first one to yield and Ember manages to actually break the kendo across Asuka’s back. Ember tosses Asuka out to the apron and looks for a suplex through the table but Asuka stops it, looking to hit a Buzzsaw Kick on Ember but she catches it, and kicks out her other leg and hits another knee strike. Ember begins to lift her up but see’s Asuka prone, using the middle rope for leverage and has a better idea. She climbs to the top rope and is about to hit an Eclipse but Asuka moves the top half over her body into the ring. No problem for Ember as Asuka’s head is draped between the middle and top rope with the rest of her body on the apron, she leaps into the ring catches Asuka in THE ECLIPSE! ASUKA BOUCES BACK AND FALL THROUGH THE TABLE.
Ember looks down at Asuka and quickly rushes out to collect what remains of her, she grabs her wrist and does a safety roll on her body to get Asuka onto her shoulders. Then carries her up the steps and throws her into the ring. Ember goes straight for the pinfall. ONE…TWO…THREE! The crowd is shocked, and so is Ember. She falls back into the corner and is overcome with relief. She’s finally pinned Asuka. Ember Moon scores a pin, 1-0. (42 minutes have gone by)
Asuka crawls to the other corner and both women stare the other down, both exhausted, both smile. Asuka stands first and screams and begins marching to Ember. Moon stands and meets her in the middle, Asuke hits first, a stiff forearm but Ember doesn’t drop. Ember hits back and Asuka holds her jaw but doesn’t stumble. They begin again to start wailing forearms at each other, neither yielding. Ember catches a kick from Asuka but this time Asuka turns it into another Spinning kick. Dropping Ember to the floor and Asuka is straight on top of her with a Asuka Lock. Ember quickly rolls out of the ring before Asuka has her legs wrapped around and breaks the hold as they both hit the floor. Both women crawl to get themselves back to their feet, Ember thought has left another chair outside the ring. Asuka gets up but Ember throws the chair at her, hitting her across the face. Now Dazed, Ember rushes to Asuka and dropkicks her into the steel steps! She tosses her back into the ring and begins to climb the turnbuckle. The timer on the titantron says 51minutes, Ember is finally at the top and leaps off looking for the ECLIP- NO! BUZZSAW KICK from Asuka and she connects flush, Ember is out. Asuka falls down onto Ember and lazily lifts a leg. ONE …TWO….THREE! Asuka scores a fall, 1-1(52 minutes)
The timer is nearly at a close, Ember comes back to and sees the clock nearly at full time. Ember smacks the floor and is ready to finish this, Asuka was waiting for her in the corner. Where she’s set up a table. Asuka looks for a Spinning Back Fits but Ember ducks it, looks for a Superkick but Asuka gets out of the way. They now have counters for all of one another moves. 5 Minutes to go is called out across the arena. Ember turns to looks at the clock and that’s enough of a distraction for Asuka to hit a Spinning Back Fist and then lock on the Asuka Lock! She has one leg locked in and Ember can’t move. Ember gets onto her stomach but Asuka has locked in her other leg. Ember refuses to give up with such little time left. She manages to get to her knees and then to her feet. She looks and sees the table in the corner and charges at it. 3 minutes left. Ember crashes though the table with Asuka on her back, and Asuka loosens her grip. BUT ONLY FOR A MOMENT as Asuka screams and locks on the hold. Ember grabs the ropes but there’s NO DQ. Time is running out and Asuka is almost back into perfect position. Ember has enough leverage and strength to get back to her knees. 2 minutes. Ember slowly manages to climb up the turnbuckle, now Asuka has both legs locked in but she wasn’t focused on where her head was and Ember manages to grab Asuka around the neck, suffocating her on her shoulder as she reaches the middle rope and EMBER HITS A MIDDLE ROPE ECLIPSE on Asuka. Completely breaking the hold and Asuka is out. With just a minute left, Ember Moon, covers Asuka. ONE… TWO…..THREE! Ember Moon scores the pinfall, 2-1. (59 minutes)
For the last 40 seconds of the match, Ember and Asuka just lay there, Asuka tries to stand and Ember watches her and mimics her motions. It’s too late though and the bell rings. Both women just collapse to the mat. The referee brings Ember the title and lays it on her chest, she hugs it tight and finds the adrenaline to get back to her feet and acknowledge to audience. Tears in her eyes, she turn and Asuka is back to her feet. She walks to Ember and takes the belt off her. Asuka touches the belt once more before giving it back to Ember and raises her arm in victory.
