Promo: The WWE Champion Cody Rhodes came out, title around his waist. The Champion declared that he’ll make Smackdown mean something again as it’s his duty to carry this company as its champion. He says he saw Leon Slater on Raw and got an idea, to show off Smackdown’s talent’s he will host a one time open challenge in the main event.
Match: Queen Of The Ring Qualifier-Rhea Ripley vs Jade Cargill
The bell rings, and Rhea Ripley and Jade Cargill engage in a fierce battle in the ring. Cargill’s size and strength are immediately apparent, and she dominates the early going, overpowering Ripley with ease. However, Ripley’s cunning and experience start to pay off as she lands some precise strikes and creates some distance. As Cargill attempts to power through, Ripley sees her chance and unleashes a perfectly timed Riptide getting the win
Backstage: The Motor City Machine Guns are getting interviewed early before Alex’s match against Jey Uso. Alex says that MCMG respects The Usos but it’s time they prove that they are the best tag team in the world.
Promo: Roman Reigns comes out with the Bloodline by his side as he grabs a mic:
“Madison Square Garde…Acknowledge Me!…Now as you know i’m the tribal chief, but i’m also the biggest Box Office star this company ever had, I carried this company for 5 years and by now this company should be bowing down to me and handing me every opportunity which I have deserved since day one. Yet i’m going through a stupid tournament to get to the title that should be around my shoulder. So now when I squash this entire roster just know WWE it’s on y-”
Roman’s cut off with a boot to the face delivered by Sami Zayn.
Match: King Of The Ring Qualifier-Roman Reigns vs Sami Zayn
The Tribal Chief and his former honorary Uce go at it in a banger. Roman dominated the first half with hard strikes and slams but Sami’s underdog spirit allows him to not give out as he fights back. In the end Roman is in the corner as Sami sets up in the opposite one for an Helluva Kick but Paul Heyman gets on the ropes as Jey hits a Superkick from the back of the head onto Sami Zayn allowing Roman to hit a Superman Punch and Spear combo for the win.
Match: Queen Of The Ring Qualifier-Zaria vs Jacy Jane
The bell rings, and Zaria and Jacy Jane face off in the ring, both determined to advance in the tournament. Jacy Jane starts strong, using her quickness and agility to dodge Zaria’s powerful blows. However, Zaria’s strength and resilience prove too much for Jacy, and she delivers a series of crushing strikes, sending Jacy crashing to the mat. Jacy attempts to fight back, but Zaria’s momentum is too much, and she lands a devastating spear, securing the pin and advancing to the next round.
Promo: Iyo Sky comes out with a mic and her new WWE Women’s Championship. Iyo said that even though they’re having a number one contenders match tonight for whoever’s facing her, none of them are on her level. Rhea wasn’t and nobody else will ever be and by those standards she already is the greatest women’s wrestler on Smackdown and she’ll prove it at King and Queen Of The Ring.
Match: Jey Uso vs Alex Shelly
The two opponents clash in the ring, Jey Uso trying to assert his dominance with powerful Samoan strikes, but Alex Shelley is too quick, dodging and weaving around Jey’s attacks with ease. Shelley lands a series of rapid-fire combos, keeping Jey on the back foot in the end Jey goes for a spear but Shelly catches him hooking his arm around Jey’s neck and launching into a perfectly executed swinging reverse STO – the Shellshock! Jey crashes to the mat, and Shelley covers him for the win.
Backstage: Backstage Sol Ruca and Zaria are being interviewed with Zaria’s big win and Sol’s match against Fallon next week when Fatal Influence attacks them backstage all three women lay out Zaria before Fallon grabs the Women’s U.S title and nails Sol with it. Fatal Influence stands tall.
Match: Candince LeRea vs Kali Armstrong-Showcase Match
The two competitors face off in the ring, Candice LeRae and Kali Armstrong ready to put it all on the line. The match is intense, with both women trading blows and showcasing their skills. Kali’s powerful strikes have Candice staggering, but Candice refuses to back down. As Kali charges, Candice dodges at the last second, and Kali crashes into the turnbuckle. Candice quickly seizes the opportunity, rolling Kali up with a quick pin attempt. The referee counts to three, and Candice ekes out a narrow win
Match: WWE Women’s Title No.1 Contenders match-Naomi vs Nia Jax vs Chelsea Green vs Natalya
The four-way battle royale erupts in the ring, with Naomi, Nia Jax, Chelsea Green, and Natalya trading blows and forming temporary alliances. The action spills out of the ring, with Nia dominating the proceedings, but Chelsea’s quickness and agility allow her to land some crucial shots. Naomi’s speed and agility keep her in the mix, while Natalya’s experience and cunning make her a constant threat. In a thrilling climax, Natalya locks in the Sharpshooter on Chelsea Green, and despite the chaos, the referee notices Chelsea’s tapping out, awarding the win to Natalya!
Promo: The United States champion Ilja Dragunov comes out and says it’s time that he brings the United States title glory again by making Pain it’s entertainer but is interrupted by Austin Theory. Theory claims that Ilja’s not worthy of the title as he is not even American. Ilja challenges Theory to a match right there but Theory denies it and instead cheapshots Ilja taking him down.
Match: King Of The Ring Qualifier-Jevon Evans vs Carmleo Hayes
The two competitors face off in the ring, Jevon Evans and Carmelo Hayes locked in a fierce battle for King of the Ring qualification. Hayes’ size and strength are giving Evans a tough time, but Evans’ quickness and agility are allowing him to dodge and counter. The match is heating up, with both men trading blows and showcasing their skills. In a stunning moment, Evans manages to catch Hayes on the apron, then bounces off the ropes and unleashes a perfectly executed springboard O.G. Cutter, sending Hayes crashing to the mat. Evans covers, and the referee counts to three.
Backstage: Alex Shelly walks into his locker room but is met with a superkick by Jimmy Uso Chris Sabin tries to help up Shelly but is caught with a Spear by Jey as The Usos wreck MCMG backstage with Alex getting hit with a 1D onto the concrete as The Usos run away before medics come.
Main Event: WWE Championship Open Challenge

Cody waits as his opponent is revealed to be…Chad Gable!
The bell rings, and the crowd settles in for a technical wrestling match between Cody Rhodes and Chad Gable. The two men engage in a beautiful chess match, trading holds and counters, showcasing their exceptional technical skills. Gable’s precision and Rhodes’ experience are on full display, with both men landing impressive sequences. As the match builds, Gable spots an opening and unleashes a flurry of strikes, sending Cody to the ropes. Gable follows up with a Chaos Theory attempt, but Rhodes plants his feet and meets Gable mid-air, countering with a devastating Cross Rhodes! Cody covers, and the referee counts to three, securing the win and retaining the WWE Championship.
Post Match Cody grabs a mic saying that he loves this open challenge but this one’s a little different. He asks whoever wants to face hima t King and Queen Of The Ring to come out as it’s…Jacob Fatu! The two staredown as the show fades…
