Biography
Logan Paul is the rare celebrity crossover who stopped being a novelty act and became a genuine WWE fixture. The YouTube star and boxer is a former United States Champion and World Tag Team Champion, and in autumn 2026 he is one of the most reviled villains on Raw as a member of Paul Heyman's group The Vision, even while a torn triceps keeps him out of the ring.
Paul had a background in amateur wrestling from his Ohio high school days, but his WWE story began on camera in April 2021, when he turned up on SmackDown as Sami Zayn's guest and was flattened by a Kevin Owens Stunner at WrestleMania 37. His actual in-ring debut came a year later at WrestleMania 38, where he teamed with The Miz to beat Rey and Dominik Mysterio before Miz turned on him. WWE signed him that June, he got his revenge on Miz at SummerSlam, and by November he was challenging Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Crown Jewel. He lost, but critics were stunned by how natural he looked in a main event.
That pattern of over-delivering continued. His mid-air collision with Ricochet was one of the talking points of the 2023 Royal Rumble, and his WrestleMania 39 bout with Seth Rollins drew strong reviews before he signed a multi-year deal. In November 2023 he finally struck gold, taking the United States Championship from Rey Mysterio at Crown Jewel with the help of the brass knuckles that became his trademark. He kept the title through a triple threat with Kevin Owens and Randy Orton at WrestleMania XL, came up short against Cody Rhodes for the WWE Championship at King and Queen of the Ring, and finally lost the belt to LA Knight at SummerSlam 2024 after 273 days.
Paul moved to Raw when the show launched on Netflix and spent 2025 chasing the top prize. He beat AJ Styles at WrestleMania 41, fell short against Jey Uso for the World Heavyweight Championship, teamed with Drew McIntyre over the summer and lost to John Cena at Clash in Paris. In November he blindsided CM Punk with the knuckles and revealed himself as the newest member of The Vision alongside Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, then helped his side win the men's WarGames match at Survivor Series.
On the 30 March 2026 Raw, Paul and Austin Theory beat The Usos in a street fight to become World Tag Team Champions, before a WrestleMania 42 six-man loss to LA Knight, The Usos and IShowSpeed. His momentum stopped dead on 23 May at Saturday Night's Main Event, where he tore his triceps during a successful title defence against The Street Profits and needed surgery. Breakker stepped in on his behalf, and The Vision lost and then regained the belts over the summer. Paul has since returned to television in a non-wrestling role, lurking at ringside with his brass knuckles, and has made no secret of the fact that his goal on his return is a world title.
