Here are the results for the 2025 Elimination Chamber at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Michael Cole introduces us to Elimination Chamber, leading into the opening video package. New Way Out by Poppy is such a banger of a song. The video package is a pretty standard one, a lot of focus on virality, views and popularity. It was fine. Pat McAfee gets hot about the Toronto crowd booing the US National Anthem. Why wouldn’t they do the Canadian national anthem? That is just silly.
Women’s Elimination Chamber

The winner will get a shot at the Women’s World Championship at Wrestlemania. Alexa Bliss enters the match first followed by Roxanne Perez, Bayley & Bianca Belair. We’re starting with Naomi and Liv Morgan. They have a lot of personal beef since Liv and Raquel were seen near the scene of Jade Cargill’s assault. Liv and Raquel also defeated Bianca and Naomi for the Women’s Tag Titles on Raw. My early prediction is that Bayley is going to win to set up a match with Rhea Ripley.
A Storm is Coming
The bell rings, but wait here comes Jade Cargill!! She stares down Liv but she attacks Naomi! She absolutely decimates Naomi whilst Bianca watches in horror. Holy Shit! This might be the most hype start to a Chamber match ever. Security try to separate them but Jade crushes her within the steel doors of the Chamber! Jade leaves. Bianca is crying in the pod. Naomi is taken away on a stretcher whilst Liv Morgan is jubilant. Lillian Garcia announces Naomi’s elimination from the match due to injuries. The 3rd entrant is Bianca Belair, she runs towards Naomi on the outside but Liv whips her into the pods by her hair. Bianca fights back into it and uses her anger to beat the hell out of Liv Morgan.
Liv Morgan wears down Bianca, but the EST fights back and hits a handspring moonsault for a 2 count. Entering 4th is Roxanne Perez. She hits an impressive slew of moves on both Morgan and Bianca. Perez and Bianca go counter for counter until Roxanne can hit a Russian leg sweep into the steel wall. Missile dropkick by Liv on Perez. Perez and Morgan collide for a double down as entrant 5 arrives, Bayley. She and Perez get into a brawl inside of her pod. Bayley hits Perez with a Bayley to Belly into the chamber wall. Bayley and Belair go 1 on 1 in the ring, plenty of counters and reversals between the two. Sunset flip bomb by Bayley for a 2.
Twisted Bliss
Perez powerbombs Bayley from the top rope to the outside. Perez follows up with a frog splash for a 2. Morgan hits Roxanne with a codebreaker for a 2. It is time for the final entrant, Alexa Bliss. Her demeanor changes and she has a barrage of strikes for Liv and Perez. Bayley tries a roll up so Bliss drops her with a forearm. Bayley and Belair catch a diving Bliss into a double slam. Perez catches Bayley into a crossface, but Bayley manages to roll to the outside and use the chain wall to break free. Perez goes for the springboard moonsault, Bayley gets the knees up and hits Perez in the face hard. Ouch. Morgan catches Bayley with Oblivion and eliminates her! Damn, we’re getting Rhea vs Liv again aren’t we?
Belair chases after Liv Morgan up on top of a pod. Bianca whips Liv with her hair and the tag champion nearly falls to the floor. Belair from the top of the pod hits a diving crossbody onto all of the women! All 4 women are down once again after a Tower of Doom spot in the corner. Perez superkicks Liv Morgan mid-move, saving Bianca from Oblivion. Perez is dropped with a codebreaker. Bliss hits Twisted Bliss on Perez! Roxanne is eliminated.
Former Champions Face Off
Alexa Bliss, Bianca Belair and Liv Morgan stare down before trading blows. They all take turns fighting each other. Liv hits the three amigos on Bianca Belair and gets cheered for it. Liv teases the 619 but Bliss stops her, Morgan rolls her up for a great near fall. Bliss hits Bianca with her Sister Abigail DDT but Bliss catches Bliss into a pinfall. She holds onto Bianca’s hair for extra leverage which is genius. Bliss is eliminated.
Morgan rattles Bianca into the cage wall over and over by her hair, but it only gets a 2. Liv hits a super codebreaker, Bianca follows up with a spear for a near fall. Bianca swings Liv into the pod and the wall head first over and over. Belair powerbombs her back into the ring. Bianca goes for the 450, the knees are up! They counter each others finishers back and forth until Bianca hits the KOD! 1-2-3 and Bianca gets the win! Bianca’s celebration ends with both Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky coming out for a stare down.
Analysis
B+ Grade – A great opening match. The shock return by Jade was a great way to start the match and finally give us something worthwhile in this Jade Cargill attack angle. All of the women worked hard and put in a lot of effort. Huge props to Liv Morgan who looked incredibly banged up at the end of it all. Bianca Belair winning pretty much confirms that we’re getting Rhea vs Bianca at Wrestlemania. Both women have been very vocal about wanting to wrestle each other on the biggest stage. I don’t mind it at all. It will be an amazing match. I would have preferred Bliss. I assume Jade vs Naomi will also be set up for Wrestlemania too.
Tiffany Stratton & Trish Stratus vs Nia Jax & Candice LeRae

This is the first time we have seen Trish Stratus wrestle in nearly 2 years, not including her Royal Rumble appearance. Remember when she wrestled her retirement match at Summerslam 2019? I will never believe when a wrestler retires. Stratus came to the aid of Tiffany who was caught in a 2 on 1 beat down by Nia and Candice. More importantly, there is a sign saying “we want Joe Hendry vs John Cena” and I have to agree. Stratus is 50 this year, she is celebrating 25 years of being a wrestler and she still looks incredible. Trishy and Tiffy are repping the Toronto sports team colours.
The Match
Stratus and LeRae start the match. Thesz Press by Trish. Nia runs in and she is taken out by Trish and Tiffany. Nia drops Stratus on the outside with a stiff strike. Stratton tries to help but LeRae drops her with a basement dropkick. LeRae and Nia beat down Stratton. Jawbreaker by Tiffy. Nia mocks Trish’s finger point and allows Stratton to make a tag to Stratus. She chops away at Nia. Chick kick and a tornado DDT for a 2 count. Nia counters Stratisfaction with a back suplex. She ragdolls Stratus around with a reverse bear hug, continuing to mock the Canadians and her opponents.
Nia has Trish in a stretch muffler and just whacks her face first into the turnbuckle. The heels continue the slow beat down on Trish until the Canadian manages a bulldog and a tag to Stratton. Tiffy runs wild and injects much needed excitement into this. Alabama Slam to LeRae and a spinebuster to Nia. LeRae knocks Tiffany off the top rope. Nia hits a leg drop for a near fall. Stratton back suplexes Nia. Trish hits Stratosphere on LeRae, but Nia breaks up the pin. Trish hits Jax with a top rope Stratisfaction, LeRae tries to break the pin with a moonsault but hits her own partner. Stratton hits the Prettiest Moonsault on Nia and gets the pin to win.
Analysis
C- Grade – This went far longer and slower than it should have done. This was a stretched out TV match. The first couple of minutes were fun, Trish Stratus still looks great and moves around well. The beat down by the heels lasted waaay too long. The first and last few minutes were good, but the majority of the match was slow and boring.
We got a long video package highlighting just how big, popular and important The Rock is culturally in the world. I mean, I cannot deny that this guy is one of the most influential people in the world. If anything, this video package solidifies The Rock as everything that a WWE fan hates to see. The Rock should be the biggest heel of all time. There is a huge gap between match 2 and match 3, a lot of adverts and promo packages. Almost as if they could have added a Chelsea Green match.
Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn, Unsanctioned Match

A fantastic video package detailing the long history between these two. This really feels like the true final chapter between these two. Sami Zayn is in street clothes. I love that the referee is in street clothes too, since WWE are not endorsing this match at all. Michael Cole does a great job detailing their personal history, even mentioning their dead indie names El Generico and Kevin Steen.
This Means War
Both men stare daggers through each other as the bell rings. Sami has words to say, Owens throws the first punch and it is a brawl immediately. Owens drops Sami ribs first on the top rope, following up with a senton. The fight spills on the outside. Sami Zayn pulls out a trio of chairs but Owens gets a hold of one and uses it on Sami’s back. KO goes for a headshot, but he hits to ropes and the chair ricochets into his own face. Now Sami wears down Owens with a chair. Sami grabs a hockey stick and whacks Owens with it. Owens takes control on the outside and chokes Sami with the hockey stick whilst biting Zayn’s head. A pair of tables are set up on top of each other. Zayn uses the hockey stick to send Owens out into the crowd.
KO and Sami’s brawl goes through the crowd. Zayn hits Owens with a trash can. Commentary are making jokes which I feel is completely out of place for this type of match. Zayn drops Owens with a back suplex through a table onto the hard concrete. He does it a second time! Zayn stalks Owens with a trash can lid as they make their way back towards ringside. Owens uses a ring bell and Wade Barrett’s head set to take Sami out. Back in the ring now. They’re fighting on the top rope, Owens pushes him over the turnbuckle to the outside through the double stacked tables!
Escalation
Owens drops Zayn with a fisherman’s buster onto a set up steel chair. What an ugly bump. Zayn kicks out at the last second. Zayn counters a pop-up powerbomb with a dragon suplex. He does a second through the set up chair! Sami goes for the Helluva kick but Owens uses the referee as a shield. Owens drops Sami with a stunner, Charles Robinson makes his way down for a pinfall but Zayn kicks out! Owens drops Robinson with a clothesline! He has lost it. A third referee has now arrived to check on Charles. Poor Lil Naitch. Owens pulls out another table. He lobs a chair of Zayn’s head. Owens headbutts Sami and puts a chair on top of him whilst being on the table. Zayn launches the chair at Owens.
Sami goes for a superplex, but Owens counters and hits a Fisherman’s Buster through the table! Owens crawls to the cover but Zayn just manages to roll a shoulder up before 3. Officials have arrived and are trying to get the match stopped, but they can’t. Owens shouts abuse at Sami and goes for a Helluva Kick, but Sami follows him and hits one of his own! 1-2-kick out by Owens! Sami notices something under the ring. He pulls out a barbed wire wrapped chair! He looks at Owens with distain. KO begs him off but Sami beats him with it. He sets the barbed wire chair up. Owens charges at Zayn, Sami trips him face first into the chair!
Zayn sets up the barbed wire on top of two other chairs. Blue Thunder Bomb on top of it and Owens kicks out! What the crap?!!
Fighting Forever
Sami goes for the Helluva Kick, Owens catches him with a pop-up powerbomb but Sami rolls out. Both men are in absolute agony. Owens is not finished. He wraps a steel chair around the neck of Zayn and throws him into the ring post. Jeez. Owens does it a second time, everyone pleads for it to be over. KO hits Zayn with something he is familiar with. He hits Zayn with the apron powerbomb. Zayn is barely moving whilst Owens argues with officials. Owens goes for another powerbomb, Zayn tries to fight back but Owens hits it. Owens rolls him into the ring and gets the pinfall.
Sami Zayn receives medical attention immediately. Owens takes his leave but then changes his mind. Owens attacks security at ringside and he exposes the concrete below the mat outside of the ring. Before he can do it, we hear voices. Here comes the returning Randy Orton!!! He is pissed. Orton drops attacks him and lands an RKO. He grabs a but decides against it. He steps back and he goes for the punt kick, but he is intercepted by officials and Owens manages to escape. Orton is pissed and so are we. I guess we have to wait until Wrestlemania. Orton drops security with a barrage of RKOs for their work.
Analysis
A+ Grade – Holy shit. This was absolutely incredible, but it got uncomfortable towards the end. I actually had a tear in my eye at how intense this got. These two promised a war and they delivered. They put each other through hell. Then, after we thought we saw it all, we got another surprise return in the form of Randy Orton. That was awesome. Orton vs Owens at Wrestlemania will be great I am sure. We might not see Sami Zayn for some time.
Men’s Elimination Chamber

I don’t know why, but I am absolutely shocked that this is not closing the show. They better have something huge planned for Cody and The Rock here tonight for it to take centre stage over this stacked match. For me that pretty much guarantees that Cody is going to say no. He will either get his ass beaten by The Rock, or Rocky will introduce someone who was willing to sell his soul to the Final Boss. Maybe Drew McIntyre? Logan Paul? Hell, what if John Cena does the unthinkable and sells his soul?!
Logan Paul enters first waving an American flag. He is followed by Damian Priest, CM Punk & John Cena. We are starting the match with Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre. 2 men who are far from friends. Rollins is of course wearing a ridiculously over the top entrance attire. He is also wearing this weird visor too. He looks like Starscream from Transformers.
Bad Blood
Both men attempt their finishers but fail. Rollins throws mounted punches but Drew tosses him out of the ring. Seth throws Drew head first into CM Punk’s pod. Springboard knee and a running knee by Rollins for a 2 count. Backbreaker by Drew gets a 2. Drew continues his assault on Rollins until the third entrant comes in, Damian Priest. He and Drew go face to face and get into a slug fest. Priest lights up Drew with a strike combo before going after Rollins with a clothesline. Priest goes for a dive, Drew lands a big headbutt and a neckbreaker. All 3 men attempt finishers here but they’re all countered. McIntyre shows off his strength to lift himself up from a Tree of Woe to suplex both Priest and Rollins off the top.
In comes entrant number 4, Logan Paul. He hits a springboard crossbody onto Drew for a 2. Standing moonsault on Priest for a 2. Rolling neckbreaker on Rollins for a 2. He taunts, before being Bell Clapped by Priest. He bashes Logan’s head into a chamber pod and the steel to huge cheers from the crowd. Priest hits an Old School hurricanrana on McIntyre. Rollins superkicks Logan for a near fall. The 5th entrant comes in, John Cena. He shoulder tackles Rollins. AA to Priest. He suplexes Logan. AA to Rollins. 5 Knuckle Shuffle to Logan Paul. AA to Paul. Claymore to Cena by McIntyre! Priest rolls up McIntyre and he is eliminated. He Claymores Priest as he leaves. Logan is on top of the pod and hits a super frog splash on Priest to eliminate him.
Three Goats
Logan awaits CM Punk who is the last to enter. They brawl outside of the ring, suplex by Punk. He hits the running knee and bashes Logan’s head into the pod and the chamber wall. Punk stares across the chamber and meets the eyes of John Cena. YES BOY LETS GOOOOO. Rollins attacks Punk before they lock up. Booo. Rollins pushes Cena away and tells him that Punk is his and to stay away. Cena goes after him, Rollins goes for the pedigree but its countered. They trade strikes, Logan flies in with an awkward Buckshot Lariat. He goes for another on Punk, but it is countered and we see a GTS. Punk eliminates Paul.
Rollins. Cena. Punk. It seems like Punk and Cena are allying to take out Rollins. Cena and Punk hit a Hart Attack on Rollins! Amazing! Now we’re getting Punk vs Cena. John extends the handshake, Punk gives him a hug, they they get into a brawl. Cena goes for the 5 moves of doom, but Punk reverses the suplex. Cena counters the bulldog with the knee. Counter for counter. Cena counters the GTS with the STF! Punk holds on and transitions into the anaconda vice. Cena forces the break with a pin attempt. Punk takes out Rollins with a double axe handle. Cena rolls through a crossbody, he lands the Attitude Adjustment for the 1-2-kick out!
The Last Time Is Now
Cena goes up top but Rollins catches him with a buckle bomb into the chamber, then throws him through the pod! Rollins turns his attention to CM Punk in the ring. Punk catches him in a pin for a near fall. Rollins hits the pedigree for a near fall. Rollins goes for another on the outside, Punk dumps him in the ring. Punk goes up top and hits Rollins with the diving elbow drop. Rollins buckle bombs Punk and hits the stomp! 1-2-no!! Rollins goes for a super stomp but Cena catches him. Rollins takes a GTS and then an AA. Punk pins Rollins. We are down to CM Punk and John Cena. I feel like a 13 year old again.
Cena goes for the handshake, Punk grabs him with a GTS! 1-2-no! Punk goes for another, Cena hits the AA! 1-2-no!! Another kick out!! Both men will not quit on their Wrestlemania hopes. Punk kicks off Cena from an STF, here comes Seth Rollins with a stomp to Punk! Cena locks in the STF. Punk holds on but he passes out on the hold. Rollins screws CM Punk. John Cena is going to Wrestlemania!
Analysis
A+ Grade – Honestly one of the best Elimination Chamber matches ever. Sure, the drug that is nostalgia is running hard for me. The Punk vs Cena feud was going on when I was most into wrestling as a young lad. Outside of that though, there is so much to love here. Everyone wrestled a banger match. McIntyre caught by surprise and getting revenge on Priest will probably set up a match between them 2 at Wrestlemania. Rollins lived up to his promise and stole Punk’s Wrestlemania dreams from him. John Cena finally secures his championship match and he will meet Cody Rhodes at Wrestlemania. This had great wrestling and even greater storytelling. An all time match. Hell even Logan Paul was in good form tonight.
Cody Rhodes Answers The Rock

John Cena is still celebrating his victory when Undisputed WWE champion Cody Rhodes makes his entrance. Cena and Cody shake hands, but now we have the final boss. Travis Scott comes out first, followed by The Rock. I feel sick. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS IS ABOUT TO GO DOWN. The Rock holds Cody by the face and tells him the moment has arrived. He will open his arms, Cody will embrace him as his brother and Rocky will embrace him as his champion. The Rock wants his mind and his soul. If Cody says yes, the American Nightmare will live forever. If Cody says no, tonight the dream dies, again.
After a pause, Cody tells Rock that he wants it all. His soul no longer belongs to him. He gave his soul to the ring and these people a long time ago. “Hey Rock, go fuck yourself!” HOLY SHIT! John Cena is absolutely hyped. The Rock is pissed. Cena gives Cody a hug, The Rock gives the signal. LOW BLOW BY JOHN CENA!!!! He puts on a watch around his knuckles and drops Rhodes. He absolutely pummels Cody with it. Cena blasts him with a microphone. He uses the WWE title and drops Cody with it. Cena holds up the WWE championship.
Cody is busted open. Cena hits him with the title again. He chokes Cody with his tie. Cena and Travis Scott hold Cody in place. The Rock uses the weight belt to whip the shit out of Cody. John Cena stands on Cody’s hand and poses. The Rock wipes Cody’s blood on the weight belt and whips him again.
Analysis
A Grade – HOLY BLOODY FUCKING SHIT CHRIST. I am still in absolute awe at what I saw. John Cena, after 20+ years as the biggest good guy in WWE, has finally turned heel. He sold his soul to The Rock. I saw it coming when Cena was still out there, but even with the foresight I am still absolutely shocked. What an insane way to end the show. I actually feel like I am having a mild anxiety attack. My adrenaline is so high. What the shit. The only way this does not receive A+ is Travis Scott being there felt so out of place. Also, no one is coming to save Cody? I guess most of his allies were in action. Where is Jey? Poor Cody. This was nuts. I am still processing.
Final Thoughts on the 2025 WWE Elimination Chamber
A Grade – This show was fantastic. As weak as the women’s tag match was, it served its purpose of giving Trish and Tiffany a moment together.
The women’s chamber match was great. Owens and Zayn had an all time classic. The men’s chamber is one of the best I have ever seen. Then, that ending. My god. What does this mean? WHAT IS GOING ON!
This was a great show, contender for PLE of the year.
Keep an eye out for my 2nd edition of This Week in WWE dropping later today. Did you miss last weeks? Here it is!
