WWE Revamp Part 3 – Natalya
Welcome to Part 3 of the Revamp series — where I reimagine WWE wrestlers and factions, breathing new life into their characters and storylines.
Today’s focus is on one of the biggest “what ifs” in WWE’s women’s division — a true veteran with a legendary legacy: Natalya.
Setting the Stage
My revamp begins three weeks before Crown Jewel and roughly two weeks before Saturday Night’s Main Event in November.
The Dungeon Dolls — Natalya and Maxxine Dupri — face Fatal Influence on Raw in a Number One Contender’s Match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships. Despite a solid showing, Natalya and Maxxine come up short, with Maxxine taking the pinfall to Fallon Henley.
The following week, Maxxine attempts to apologise backstage with the Alpha Academy, but an uncharacteristically frustrated Natalya snaps at all three, demanding some space. Later, during the Crown Jewel pre-show, Giulia and Kiana James are seen in a tense backstage staredown with Natalya — teasing what’s to come.
A New Beginning on SmackDown
The first SmackDown after Survivor Series sees Natalya officially announce that she has moved to the blue brand. Determined to make an impact, she’s immediately approached by WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton, who offers her a main-event title match out of respect.
In the main event, the two deliver a technical masterclass, going 20 minutes before a dramatic finish. Tiffany goes for the PME, Natalya dodges and locks in the Sharpshooter — but Tiffany counters into a roll-up to retain the title.
The following week, Natalya announces she’ll be taking time away, promising that when she returns, she’ll come back as her true self — Nattie Neidhart.
The Return of Nattie Neidhart
At the Royal Rumble, Nattie returns at entry number five and delivers an impressive showing, lasting until the final ten competitors. She racks up several eliminations before being thrown out by Jordynne Grace, establishing mutual respect and future tension between them.
Meanwhile, Jordynne — WWE’s newest main-roster call-up — begins a feud with Giulia for the WWE United States Women’s Championship. During this time, Nattie is occasionally seen talking backstage with Kiana James, hinting at an alliance.
At WrestleMania, Jordynne faces Giulia in a show-stealing clash. As Jordynne sets up for the Grace Driver, Kiana distracts the referee, allowing Nattie to strike Jordynne with a brutal lariat. Giulia pins Jordynne to retain, solidifying a shocking new alliance.
The Boss & Best Foundation
The next SmackDown sees Nattie, Giulia, and Kiana enter the ring together. Nattie declares she has finally unlocked her full potential — not as a solo act, but as a mentor to the next generation. She officially introduces her new faction: The Boss & Best Foundation.
Their first major feud comes against Jordynne Grace, Michin, and B-Fab, leading to a six-woman tag match at Backlash. The Boss & Best Foundation emerge victorious.
Before Saturday Night’s Main Event, Nattie defeats Michin with a devastating lariat. At SNME, Giulia retains the U.S. Title in a Steel Cage Match against Jordynne after a top-rope Northern Lights Bomb.
Building Momentum
During King & Queen of the Ring, Giulia — now backed by Nattie and Kiana — feuds with Kairi Sane, ultimately defeating her clean in a showcase match.
Heading toward SummerSlam, Nattie reignites her rivalry with Tiffany Stratton, while Giulia and Kiana fend off Iyo Sky.
At SummerSlam, we get two standout bouts:
- Giulia vs Iyo Sky for the U.S. Title — a high-flying, hard-hitting Joshi-style encounter.
- Tiffany Stratton vs Nattie Neidhart II — a battle of power and precision.
After an intense back-and-forth, Nattie counters Tiffany’s PME with a German Suplex and follows up with a Lariat for the win.
Money in the Bank and Beyond

In the lead-up to Money in the Bank, Nattie qualifies for the Women’s Ladder Match, while Iyo Sky reclaims the U.S. Title by countering Giulia’s Northern Lights Bomb into a German Suplex and hitting an Over the Moonsault.
At Money in the Bank, six women deliver an all-out war filled with ladders, chaos, and highlight moments. In the end, Giulia and Kiana take out Kairi Sane, allowing Nattie Neidhart to become Mrs. Money in the Bank.
Over the next two months, Giulia and Kiana capture the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships, making the Boss & Best Foundation draped in gold.
Clash in Chile
At Clash in Chile, hometown hero Stephanie Vaquer challenges heel Bianca Belair for the WWE Women’s Championship. After a back-and-forth classic, Stephanie shocks the world by hitting the SVB to win her first WWE title.
As the crowd celebrates, Giulia enters the ring, congratulates Stephanie — and suddenly floors her with a clothesline. The announcer declares:
“Nattie Neidhart is cashing in her Money in the Bank contract!”
Nattie, standing at ringside with a referee, enters the ring, hits a thunderous Lariat on Stephanie, and pins her to become the new WWE Women’s Champion. The Boss & Best Foundation now reign supreme — covered in championship gold.
The Aftermath
This revamp not only restores Natalya’s credibility but also elevates Giulia and Kiana James into top-tier stars. From here, WWE could run endless storylines — betrayal angles, WarGames matches, or future feuds between the trio themselves.
Final Thoughts

That’s how I would revamp Natalya’s career — transforming her from underutilized veteran to dominant leader, while building the next generation of WWE women’s stars.
Stay safe, and God bless.
