Biography
Born in Auckland and raised on Australia's Gold Coast, Toni Rossall discovered wrestling at age 10 and began training at just 13 — debuting before most teenagers have finished school. After five years honing her craft in Australia, she made the bold decision at 18 to move to England and live with her grandmother in Liverpool, training under Dean Allmark and working her way across the European independent scene. Her time in Japan's Stardom promotion made her a genuine star — she became the first non-Japanese wrestler to hold the World of Stardom Championship, and won both the Cinderella Tournament and the 5★Star GP in 2017, becoming the first wrestler to win both tournaments in the same year. A WWE stint followed, including the NXT UK Women's Championship, before creative frustrations led to her requesting and being granted her release in late 2021. AEW proved to be where Toni Storm truly became a phenomenon. After a solid early run, she reinvented herself in late 2023 as "Timeless" Toni Storm — a paranoid, glamorous silver-screen starlet from a bygone Hollywood era — in what became one of the most critically acclaimed gimmicks in recent wrestling history. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter awarded it Best Gimmick in professional wrestling in back-to-back years, 2023 and 2024. A record four-time AEW Women's World Champion, Toni Storm is one of the most complete and entertaining performers in the world today.
