15. Kenny Omega

Kenny Omega posing with a confident expression in the foreground, with the AEW logo in the background. The image features vibrant colors and bold text displaying his name beneath him.

Champion?: NO = 0
Wins: 12 = 12
Losses: 4 = -4
PPVWins: 5 = 15
PPVApps: 7 = 7
Tourn.Ws: 0 = 0
Win %: 75 = 7.5
TOTAL: 37.5

An incredible year for Kenny Omega, starting the year off with a MOTY contender vs Gabe Kidd and ending the year $1,000,000 richer. Instant Classics with Takeshita and Okada, and the 3 way dance with Ricochet and Mike Bailey? Amazing. Teaming with Ospreay in Australia vs Fletcher/Takeshita, Anarchy in the Arena, Lights Out Steel Cage… what a year for the best bout machine.

14. Ricochet

Graphic featuring wrestler Ricochet with a muscular build, smiling at the camera. The background is decorated with AEW branding.

Champion?: YES = 10
Wins: 22 = 22
Losses: 16 = -16
PPVWins: 2 = 6
PPVApps: 8 = 8
Tourn.Ws: 1 = 2
Win %: 57.8 = 5.7
TOTAL: 37.7

It was an up and down year for Ricochet but this year he truly found himself and landed on his feet. From his early feud with Swerve, leading to a banger at Revolution. He maintained relevance partaking in a 3 way against Omega & Bailey. Moving into a feud against Briscoe, ending in a violent Stretcher match. Ricochet ends the year with gold around his waist and it’s well deserved.

13. Kris Statlander

Champion?: YES = 10
Wins: 17 = 17
Losses: 11 = -11
PPVWins: 4 = 12
PPVApps: 5 = 5
Tourn.Ws: 1 = 2
Win %: 60.7 = 6
TOTAL: 41

Kris Statlander didn’t have the best start to the year, proving to be a great hand in the company with a small feud vs Megan Bayne as she joined the company, partaking in the Owen Hart tournament and having friendship issues with Willow. It wasn’t until August, I feel, when she won a $100,000 four way, that her luck started to come around. Shockingly, winning the AEW Women’s World Championship at All Out and since then she’s been on a roll, putting on banger after banger match, including finally defeating Mercedes Mone.

12. LASHLEY

A muscular wrestler, Bobby Lashley, posing confidently with arms crossed, set against a colorful AEW background featuring the logo.

Champion?: NO
Wins: 17 = 17
Losses: 6 = -6
PPVWins: 5 = 15
PPVApps: 8 = 8
Tourn.Ws: 0 = 0
Win %: 73.9 = 7.3
TOTAL: 41.3

Lashley spent the majority of this year undefeated and as the AEW Tag Team Champion. It took a Fatal Four way to take the championship away from him and since then he’s never had his rematch. Stuck feuding with Ricochet, putting on great matches until he got injured. Hopefully a big return in 2026 and with MJF as world champion, perhaps a World Title feud for Lashley.

11. WILL OSPREAy

will ospreay

Champion?: NO = 0
Wins: 18 = 18
Losses: 4 = -4
PPVWins: 4 = 12
PPVApps: 5 = 5
Tourn.Ws: 2 = 4
Win %: 81.8 = 8.1
TOTAL: 43.1

It’s hard not to love Will Ospreay, in the ring he’s obviously tremendous, this year alone he has hand Bangers with, Hangman, Swerve, Takeshita, Buddy Mathews, Kevin Knight, Young Bucks, Death Riders… pretty much all his matches are must watch. Although, I really like his mic work, this year he’s had a lot of meaty moments to sink his teeth into, like his post Double or Nothing promo with Hangman and Swerve or anytime he shared the ring with Hangman. I hope Ospreay returns soon in 2026.

10. Dax Harwood

A professional wrestler with a bald head and facial hair, Dax Harwood, is portrayed in a striking pose with the text 'DAX HARWOOD' below him, set against a colorful background featuring the AEW logo.

Champion?: YES = 5
Wins: 25 = 25
Losses: 13 = -13
PPVWins: 4 = 12
PPVApps: 7 = 7
Tourn.Ws: 2 = 4
Win %: 65.7 = 6.5
TOTAL: 46.5

FTR kept very busy this year, starting with a feud against the Death Riders, then turning on Cope and eventually having a very good match at All Out. Two months later and they’re dethroning Brodido and now they’re your classic heel tag team champions. Dax himself has fought 5 times without Cash, and lost every time. As tag teams do when not together.

9. Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe, a professional wrestler, is featured in a close-up image with an intense expression, wearing a towel around his neck. The background displays the AEW (All Elite Wrestling) branding.

Champion?: YES – 5
Wins: 25 = 25
Losses: 5 = -5
PPVWins: 3 = 9
PPVApps: 5 = 5
Tourn.Ws: 0 = 0
Win %: 83.3 = 8.3
TOTAL: 47.3

Samoa Joe had a very successful 2025, winning Trio’s Championships in AEW and also the Men’s World Championship, holding it only for a one month. Joe has entertained us all this year. Whether it’s on the mic or in the ring, walking away from opponents, mid aerial offence, Joe is always entertaining. Face or Heel, I hope we see a lot more of Joe in 2026.

8. Konosuke Takeshita

A promotional image of Konosuke Takeshita, a professional wrestler, with the AEW logo and his name displayed prominently.

Champion?: NO = 0
Wins: 31 = 31
Losses: 14 = -14
PPVWins: 2 = 6
PPVApps: 8 = 8
Tourn.Ws: 5 = 10
Win %: 68.8 = 6.8
TOTAL: 47.8

Konosuke probably had the best year of his professional life. Private also, getting married to Yuka this year but I don’t have points for that. He won the G1 and won the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. Now for AEW, tied 2nd for wins, Takeshita won his league in the Continental Classic, undefeated. Had bangers on every PPV he was on and a few Dynamites. I’m expecting an even bigger year for him, in AEW, in 2026. A feud, and a match or two, with Okada may be the highlight of 2026.

7. Cash Wheeler

Close-up image of Cash Wheeler, a professional wrestler, with a serious expression, showing his bare chest and beard. The background features vibrant colors and the AEW logo.

Champion?: YES = 5
Wins: 25 = 25
Losses: 10 = -10
PPVWins: 4 = 12
PPVApps: 7 = 7
Tourn.Ws: 2 = 4
Win %: 71.4 = 7.1
TOTAL: 50.1

Rinse & Repeat. FTR kept very busy this year, starting with a feud against the Death Riders, then turning on Cope and eventually having a very good match at All Out. Two months later and they’re dethroning Brodido and now they’re your classic heel tag team champions. Cash himself has fought 1 time without Dax, and lost. As tag teams do when not together.

6. Kyle Fletcher

A muscular wrestler named Kyle Fletcher poses for an AEW promotional image, with the AEW logo in the background.

Champion?: NO = 0
Wins: 31 = 31
Losses: 15 = -15
PPVWins: 4 = 12
PPVApps: 8 = 8
Tourn.Ws: 4 = 8
Win %: 67.3 = 6.7
TOTAL: 51.7

What a year for Kyle Fletcher, the outright break out star of the year. Fletcher had wars with Mark Briscoe, his star making cage match with Ospreay. His Continental Classic and Owen Hart performances. This guy will be a Mega Star in AEW, I think there’s a big 2026 ahead.

5. Toni Storm

Toni Storm with blonde hair and makeup, displaying a confident expression, framed by a stylized graphic overlay with her name.

Champion?: NO = 0
Wins: 26 = 26
Losses: 12 = -12
PPVWins: 7 = 21
PPVApps: 9 = 9
Tourn.Ws: 2 = 4
Win %: 68.4 = 6.8
TOTAL: 54.8

Toni entered the year as her rookie self, putting on the performance of a lifetime. Leading to a Match of the Year with Mariah May at Revolution. The rest of the year was spent defending her title against, Megan Bayne, Athena and at All In beating Mercedes Mone, in another stellar match. She may not of ended the year as Women’s Champion but she is not at all less interesting. Hopefully for another fascinating 2026.

4. Mercedes Mone

A promotional image of Mercedes Mone from AEW, displaying her in a striking outfit with the text 'MERCEDES MONE' prominently featured.

Champion?: NO = 0
Wins: 22 = 22
Losses: 10 = -10
PPVWins: 7 = 21
PPVApps: 10 = 10
Tourn.Ws: 3 = 6
Win %: 68.7 = 6.8
TOTAL: 55.8

Mercedes was undefeated for most of 2026, winning PWI No.1 female wrestler and collecting belts all around Europe. She may have had a rough end to the year but that doesn’t overshadow the rest of her 2025. She’s been phenomenal in the ring, elevating women’s wrestling around the world.

3. ‘Hangman’ Adam Page

'Hangman' Adam Page, a professional wrestler from AEW, poses confidently in front of the AEW logo.

Champion?: NO = 0
Wins: 25 = 25
Losses: 6 = -6
PPVWins: 6 = 18
PPVApps: 8 = 8
Tourn.Ws: 3 = 6
Win %: 80.6 = 8
TOTAL: 59

Hangman, our main character, started the year as a heel, but I like to think that our love for him brought him back onto the right path. Finally beating Moxley and settling his differences with Swerve. Putting on great matches every chance he had, VS Ospreay, VS Fletcher, VS Moxley, VS Joe, VS MJF and I’m sure I’ve forgotten a few. I am most fascinated by what is to come of Hangman in 2026.

2. Kazuchika Okada

Kazuchika Okada posing confidently in a stylish outfit, with the AEW logo in the background.

Champion?: YES = 10
Wins: 25 = 25
Losses: 7 = -7
PPVWins: 6 = 18
PPVApps: 9 = 9
Tourn.Ws: 5 = 10
Win %: 78.1 = 7.8
TOTAL: 62.8

Okada, the perfect bad guy. I can’t understand why anyone would dislike the man of just a few words. Also being near undefeated this year, Okada has held Championship Gold all year long, sometimes, technically, 2 belts at once. Having great matches everywhere he goes, making everyone around him look great and giving a tremendous rub to anyone that had beaten him.

1. Jon Moxley

Image of Jon Moxley, a wrestler from AEW, posing confidently in front of a colorful background with 'AEW' logo and his name displayed prominently.

Champion?: YES = 10
Wins: 32 = 32
Losses: 19 = -19
PPVWins: 5 = 15
PPVApps: 9 = 9
Tourn.Ws: 5 = 10
Win %: 68.8 = 6.8
TOTAL: 63.2

Jon Moxley, this man collected 31 points just in the last 2 months. Wow. Holding the World Championship for the majority of the year, losing at All In. That didn’t stop him, as he wrestling on the very next show and this led to his phenomenal story going through the Continental Classic and winning. This man loves wrestling and I think that’s what I love about him. Another interesting 2026 ahead for him and the Death Riders, I can’t wait.

This concludes our list. We will track everyone’s results and bring together a new Elite 15 same time next month. Keep an eye out!
