This week’s TNA Impact was held at the Mullett Arena in Tempe, Arizona.

Eric Young def. Sami Callihan

Callihan took care of The Northern Armory‘s Judas Icarus and Travis Williams, sending them off the apron before Young went for a steel chair shot but missed. Young distracted the referee, which allowed Icarus and Williams to attack Callihan at ringside. Both men raked each other’s eyes before Callihan took the momentum with a Flatliner. Young hit a top-rope elbow drop but couldn’t get the win off it. Callihan followed up with a low blow and a Stunner for a near fall. Icarus struck Callihan with a steel chair and a Piledriver by Young bagged him the win.

Mustafa Ali came for a performance evaluation of Jason Hotch, John Skyler and Tasha Steelz. Ali checks Steelz’s phone for some strange phone calls before demanding she never speak to some mysterious unknown person again. She apologised reluctantly. Hotch was next and reminded Ali that if he ever laid his hands on a woman like he did to Steelz, Hotch would stand up to him. However, he was also made to apologise reluctantly. Skyler criticised Ali’s “leadership approach” (or lack of). He is asked to also apologise but refuses. Skyler pushed Ali out of the ring. This prompted Ali to challenge Skyler to a Call to Arms match for next week.

TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions The Elegance Brand (Ash by Elegance and Heather by Elegance) def. Lei Ying Lee and TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich (non-title match)

Slamovich and Lee started off strong with Slamovich taking out The Elegance Brand with a dive to ringside but Heather took control by taking care of Lee on the apron. Heather then hit Lee with a top-rope double foot stomp in the ring. The referee got distracted allowing M by Elegance to interfere and send Lee into the ring post. Lee managed to create separation and tagged in Slamovich. The pace speeds up as the World Champion takes the fight to both Tag Champions. Heather hit Lee with a glitter bomb. Slamovich’s next challenger Killer Kelly then appeared on the ramp. This distraction was enough for Ash to beat Slamovich with Rarified Air.

Santino Marella arrived to announce Mike Santana is back from suspension next week and will face AJ Francis in a Street Fight. Marella then brings Tommy Dreamer to the ring to offer him a match with Mance Warner after what happened last week. Warner arrives with Steph De Lander for the interruption but they aren’t ready for Dreamer’s back up in the form of Jake Something. Something attacks Warner, causing him to back off.

Matt Cardona and The Home Town Man def. The System (Eddie Edwards and JDC)

Alisha Edwards interfered from ringside early on, allowing Eddie to take control. Eddie flung Cardona into JDC, who hit him with a slingshot clothesline. Cardona hit JDC with a neckbreaker to create some separation and tag in the HTM. Sliced Bread takes down Eddie but JDC keeps the match alive. Eddie goes for the HTM’s mask but that allows him to be pinned by a roll up.

Champions Challenge match: Joe Hendry, Elijah, Leon Slater and The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz) def. TNA World Champion NXT’s Trick Williams, TNA International Champion Steve Maclin, TNA X-Division Champion Moose and TNA World Tag Team Champions The Nemeths (Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth)

Frankie Kazarian joins commentary as Nic and Elijah go at it early on with Elijah connecting with double knees off the ropes. The Rascalz go high with stereo Moonsaults to Williams and Moose. Williams takes Wentz off the apron so Hendry gets in the ring to step to Williams. Miguel is isolated but creates separation with a springboard Moonsault to Williams. Miguel tags in Slater, who counters Moose’s Go to Hell with a head scissors takedown. Slater then takes out Ryan with a handspring back elbow. Slater tags in Hendry but the referee misses it due to being distracted by Nic. Slater connected with a DDT to Moose. At which point, Maclin began to argue with The Nemeths, leading to Nic hitting him with a superkick despite being on the same team. Hendry and Williams came face-to-face again with Hendry hitting a Fallaway Slam. Everyone then got involved as chaos reigned. Ryan went to use the International Title as a weapon but Maclin stopped him and used it against Nic. Hendry hit Ryan with a Standing Ovation and the Highwayman’s Farewell by Elijah got the win.
