TNA Rebellion 2026 is in the books, and it was a night of significant title changes as The System made their presence felt on the biggest stage. Here are the full results from Cleveland.

PRE-SHOW

Ryan Nemeth def. BDE Nemeth cut an entertaining promo ahead of the match, turning on his hometown crowd and revealing Pittsburgh Steelers-inspired trunks. NFL legend Bernie Kosar was at ringside in Nemeth’s corner. Nemeth picked up the win with the Big Hollywood Ending.

MAIN CARD

TNA X Division Championship: Leon Slater (c) def. Cedric Alexander A high-quality opener that had the Cleveland crowd buzzing from the off. Alexander targeted the neck throughout, building towards a Brainbuster that almost got the job done. Slater survived to retain — and with the countdown now on to May 14th, if he makes it to that date he will officially become the longest-reigning X Division Champion in history.

Frankie Kazarian def. Elijah

A solid mid-card outing. Elijah impressed in the early stages with some flashy offence, but Kazarian’s veteran experience told in the end.

Special Agent Zero def. Moose Zero picked up a statement win in his TNA singles debut.

Hardcore Country Match: The Elegance Brand def. Mickie James, ODB & Taryn Terrell Falls counted anywhere in this one. The Elegance Brand — Ash By Elegance, Heather By Elegance and M By Elegance — came out on top.

Nic Nemeth def. AJ Francis A hard-hitting match with multiple near-falls and big spots. Nemeth hit an AA at one point but Francis kicked out. Francis answered with a Down Payment off the apron to the floor. Nemeth ultimately got the win, with Bernie Kosar involved in the finish.

TNA Knockouts Championship: Arianna Grace (c) def. Léi Yǐng Lee Grace successfully defended her title in just under nine minutes.

TNA International Championship: Mustafa Ali def. Trey Miguel (c) — NEW CHAMPION

One of the standout matches of the night. The highlight spot saw Ali attempt a 450 splash only for Miguel to meet him mid-air with a cutter. Miguel followed up with a sliding Tornado DDT to the floor and a Meteora, but the crowd-pleasing sequence wasn’t enough. Ali’s Order 4 faction, referred to as The Great Hands, used the masks they wore to ringside to attack Miguel from the floor, and Ali hit the 450 splash to claim the International Championship. Ali also debuted a new look alongside Order 4.

TNA World Tag Team Championship: Brian Myers & Bear Bronson def. The Hardys (c) — NEW CHAMPIONS

The System delivered. Despite the Hardys coming in off an emotional Tables Match victory on iMPACT just days earlier, Myers and Bronson got the job done to capture the tag titles. The System’s big night was not complete in the main event, however.

TNA World Championship: Mike Santana (c) def. Eddie Edwards Santana came into Rebellion 86 days into his reign, with his daughter carrying the title to the ring — a detail that added emotional weight to the evening’s main event. Edwards, cashing in his Feast or Fired briefcase, gave Santana everything he had, but The Realest came out on top to retain the TNA World Championship in a 19-minute main event.

NOTABLE MOMENTS

• EC3 returned to TNA, with Eric Young confronting him during the pre-show and setting up what looks to be a feud — the two are already scheduled to meet on the April 16th episode of iMPACT.
• ODB was announced as the 2026 TNA Hall of Fame inductee. The ceremony will take place at Bound for Glory in Tampa on October 11.
• A deeply personal Undead Realm segment aired featuring the long-awaited reunion of Abyss and Father James Mitchell, with Mitchell delivering an emotional apology and Abyss responding with genuine warmth — crediting Mitchell with creating the monster and listing off career highlights before telling him he loved him.
